Baked Cheesy Chickpeas
These baked chickpeas are so good, you won't even notice that they're good for you too!

- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cheese mixture
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Drain and rinse garbanzo beans.
Dry the garbanzo beans. This step is very important. If your beans aren't dry, they will be soggy.
Coat the garbanzo beans in oil and then sprinkle on the cheese mixture.
Put the garbanzo beans in a cookie sheet where they have room. You don't want them piled up on each other.
Cook for 30 minutes. You'll know they are done because they will be crunchy (and delicious!)
