Coffee Heath Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Slowly add in the sugar.
- Once incorporated, add in the milk and heavy whipping cream.
- Pour one cup of mixture into a small cup. Add the peanut butter and whisk until well mixed
- Add the peanut butter mixture back to the cream base.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
- While it's churning, cut up the Heath bar into little pieces.
- Once the ice is 3/4 done, add in the Heath bar pieces.
- Continue churning for a few more minutes, then remove and freeze.
