Coffee Heath Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  • Slowly add in the sugar.
  • Once incorporated, add in the milk and heavy whipping cream.
  • Pour one cup of mixture into a small cup.  Add the peanut butter and whisk until well mixed
  • Add the peanut butter mixture back to the cream base.
  • Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
  • While it's churning, cut up the Heath bar into little pieces.  
  • Once the ice is 3/4 done, add in the Heath bar pieces.
  • Continue churning for a few more minutes, then remove and freeze.
